Friday, April 12, 2013 at 05:55PM this sweet baby girl came in sleeping and stayed that way until we were done. her skin and features are so sweet and delicate. and i really loved getting to work in the new studio. i have a lot more room which i desperately needed. :)

Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 10:02AM i loved meeting and working with this sweet family. there daughter is about 18 months and it is there first. there is something so special about the first born--you really get to just 'take in' every moment of them being little-and everyday is a new day in trying to explore exactly who they are. it is hard and challenging and so rewarding! i remember looking at my husband on my first daughter's birthday and saying "we did it!"
this little girl has daddy wrapped right around his finger. he was so cute with her and my favorite pictures are the ones where they are playing together. the squinched up nose on her is precious!
i am loving being able to use new locations!!
Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 11:36AM so, we are really enjoying getting to know our new city (the woodlands, tx), but it has come with the struggle of trying to find good locations to do sessions at. i really liked this location that i found about 1 hour before our session. better late than never, right?
i just love these two sweet kiddos and their family. the mom has a knack for style and it is obvious in the way that she dressed the kids for their pictures. everything was perfect from head to toe!

Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 08:51PM it is so hard to believe that my 'baby' is 5. i still find myself wondering how the time went so fast--it just seems like a blur. i wanted to take her out and get a few birthday pictures, but the day started to get away from us. at the last minute, i said 'hop in the car and let's go!'. we headed to a field and i had about 5 minutes of light left (which she loved because she did not have to take many pictures!).
she really is my daily joy. her spirit is always uplifting and she rarely is upset. some days i find myself looking up to her and her wonderful outlook on situations. if they say, 'time flies when you are having fun', then i know why these 5 years have gone so super fast!
these pictures are a very different look for me, but like i said, i had about 5 minutes. i love the glow in them!
